Why we created the Studio Akiva Referral Scheme

Most of our favourite projects start with a simple sentence: “A friend told me about you.”

This referral scheme is our way of saying thank you for spreading the word.

If you’ve enjoyed working with us, or you simply follow our work and think we’d be a good fit for someone you know, you can refer them using the form below.

When your referral books a qualifying design package with us, both of you receive a thank-you from Studio Akiva, whether that’s a gift card, a little treat for their new home, or credit towards future design support with us.

 

Who is this for?

This scheme is for anyone who wants to recommend us:

  • Past and current clients
    If we’ve worked together and you’ve loved the results, you can refer friends, family, colleagues, or neighbours who might be planning a renovation or looking for interior design support.

  • Friends of the brand
    Maybe you’ve visited our website, follow us on social media, or heard about us from someone else – but our services aren’t quite what you need right now. You can still refer someone you think we’re a good match for and benefit from the scheme.

You don’t have to be a previous client to take part – you just need to know someone who’d value professional interior design.

 

How the referral scheme works

The more context you can give us (location, type of project, timeline), the better.

  1. We get in touch with your referral
    We’ll reach out to your contact, mention that you recommended us, and offer them a friendly, no-obligation chat about their project.

  2. They become a client – you both get rewarded
    If they go ahead and book a qualifying design package with us, we’ll send:

    • A thank-you reward to you, and

    • A welcome reward to them to celebrate the start of their project.

We’ll keep you updated, so you’ll always know when a referral has converted.

 

What you and your friend receive


For each successful referral (when your contact books a qualifying design package

  • You receive a £50.00 Retail gift card

  • Your referred friend receives a welcome discount of 10% on their design package

We’ll confirm the exact reward in writing once your referral becomes a client, so everything is clear and transparent.

  • No. Anyone who knows and trusts our work can submit a referral – previous clients, followers on social media, or people who’ve simply come across our website.

  • You and your friend will receive your rewards once they’ve booked and paid for a qualifying design package with Studio Akiva. We’ll email you with the details when this happens.

  • No – you can refer as many people as you like. If multiple referrals become clients, you’ll receive a reward for each qualifying project.

  • Generally, our full design packages and room packages qualify. Very small one-off consultations may be excluded. We’ll confirm this with you when we review your referral.

  • If they’re already actively speaking with us about a project, we may not be able to count it as a new referral – but we’ll always review this fairly and let you know.
